Over the past 25 years spent working in the Texas panhandle, getting to know the processing plants and customers, and listening to customer concerns about their manufacturers and vendors, I began to wonder what I could do to bridge the gap between maintenance teams and the MROP services required for their equipment. The main thing I heard in the field was that there were no technical experts to call upon to resolve equipment specific problems. And, despite our years of dedication and service to our careers, there’s not one of us that knows every detail of every piece of equipment we run in our facilities. We don’t have that impossible scope of knowledge on all the process equipment under our direction, and we simply can’t due to the scale of operations.
I then realized that nothing was preventing me from stepping into that role and providing that attention and expertise to ensuring optimal efficiency and prevention of critical faults and failure of the equipment within your plants and departments. The basis for EMS and the services offered are to provide our clients complete and total peace of mind with a simple call, text, or email. You can have absolute confidence that when you reach out to EMS, you’re going to receive immediate attention and resolutions for all maintenance service requests.
Our strategy is to survey, identify, and inventory all of your process equipment currently in operation, in inventory, or on-order, and determine their current operational efficiency. If there’s no need for optimization, we offer any applicable automation & controls upgrades, develop & coordinate long-term preventative maintenance & service plans, create comprehensive & current manifests of all equipment & associated documentation (your PE bible), and regularly follow-up on these services per OEM standards to ensure your continued peace of mind.
When optimization opportunities are found in the initial walk-through or from technician complaints, we’ll ensure the correct equipment is in place by confirming or engineering the optimal application specifications. We make all the coordinated efforts ensuring that your equipment is in full operational condition to meet and/or exceed production requirements, that it’s properly & regularly serviced via customized PM service plans, and that extensive & comprehensive documentation is consolidated for future reference and services.
We work in direct coordination with your maintenance, planning, engineering, and related teams to implement these services in conjunction with plant production requirements, operation/process schedules, and budgetary parameters. Our goal is to get a clear picture of your current state of operations, identify any areas of concern for remediation, create a consolidated list of all equipment, implement an actionable, long-term PM & service plan, and maximize your plant’s process efficiency via documented equipment operational standards. These documents can be made available to your technicians via written or digital format, or through hosted “lunch-and-learns” aimed at increasing technician’s mechanical & operational knowledge of your facility’s process equipment.
Preventative maintenance service and planning, repair and replacement service and planning, project planning, personnel issues, company politics, training requirements and deadlines, fly-by-night OOPS! Policy enforcement, all of it culminates to enact undue stress upon us that only our direct attention can resolve. We know you’re busy. We know personnel don’t always follow procedure. And now you know we’re here to help!
We’ll apply urgent, knowledgeable care to remediate emerging equipment issues & develop long-term plans to identify and prevent critical failures and premature wear for all your plant’s process equipment!
